Netflix Focus

As part of my post-graduate degree, we were briefed to create a new feature for any product of our choosing, as one of our projects. It was a group effort, and we decided to build upon Netflix a feature of syncing the content that the user is watching with outside content.

“Who are the actors on the scene? What music is playing? Where did they shoot?”. These are questions on the mind of users so how can we centralise this on the platform without them needing to leave?

And that’s where Netflix Focus enters the show.
